About the SCC:
The City of Dublin VEC’s Sports and Cultural Council (SCC) is a unique body in the Irish Vocational Educational system. Founded 75 years ago, in 1935, the City of Dublin VEC’s Sports and Cultural Council promotes and co-ordinates inter-school sporting and cultural events for the 12,000 students in the CDVEC’s 22 schools and colleges.
Target Audience:
Our website is a focus point for a large variety of students and staff involved in sporting and cultural activities. We have visitors of all ages from students to retirees.
A considerable number of our visitors are:
- Teachers from Schools & Colleges.
- Past and present students from Second Level, PLC, Adult & VTOS CDVEC education centres.
- Sports and Cultural professionals.Sponsors:
The SCC is seeking sponsors to assist in the funding of its web presence. In return for your sponsorship, sponsors will receive recognition on our website. As we appeal to a large cross-section of people interested in sports and cultural activities, we provide the perfect way for you to reach your potential customers. By supporting a great online sports and cultural educational project, it a great place to promote your activities and services.
Application to become a sponsor is open to sports and cultural businesses / organisations operating within Ireland. We do not accept sponsorship applications from non-educational, sports or cultural related businesses. The SCC and/or the City of Dublin VEC reserves the right to accept or reject an application and without explanation.
